Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service Changes.
Prices
Our prices are based upon our high standard of work and quality of ingredients used. All prices are non-negotiable. Payment secures the listed prices and prevents any further price increases, except in the exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. increase in ingredients price, increase in fuel prices, etc.)
Order
To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the “Payment Method” page.
You must provide the requested information for us to process your order. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with regulatory requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that the details contained in the order are correct in all respects. We will use various procedures to authenticate each transaction.
A contract between you and us is formed when we receive your confirmation order and send you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We may, at any time, decline to process your order or any part of your order for any reason including where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, authentication has not been possible or an exchange rate has been quoted in error.
You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and an invoice.
Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled by calling us at +603-89414788. Upon cancellation of order, any refund will be credited as store credit to the customer’s account at oregannewzealand.com.my and can be used for next purchase. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available. No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.
Goods
All illustrations and descriptions displayed on oregannewzealand.com.my website or distributed by email or in any other way are for guidance purposes only and will not form part of the contract. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however Oregan Healthline (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace these items of equal or better quality without consultation. We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance and technical specifications of our products from time to time and at such time or at any other times, to make alterations to our advertised information concerning such Goods, without notice.
Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements
All of our products contain pure honey, so are not suitable for those suffering from intolerance or allergies to these particular foods. Please be aware that our honey, chili, curry paste and raw mat food material may/could contain material come from directly raw material even we have imposed strict control on food hygienic standard and food safety standard. Oregan Healthline (M) Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from food allergies.
Storage and Consumption
Our product does not contain any additives or preservatives. We are therefore unable to make a warranty as to the honey sauce, curry paste and chili sauces will be having the exact same taste and appearance for every batches. We are also unable to make a warranty as to the length of time for which our foods will remain fit for consumption. We do however recommend our products are best eaten within 1 month after but they have open it, can be stored up to 24 months if remain properly sealed. All product sauces need to be stored in a refrigerator or a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep the product in the manner prescribed by us.
Delivery Conditions
Our products are to be delivered to you at a requested address. We do delivery within Peninsula Malaysia. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the products. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for any second attempt of shipment.
Oregan Healthline (M) Sdn Bhd would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products has been delivered. We require somebody responsible, to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products has been delivered and signed for, Oregan Healthline (M) Sdn Bhd is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided.
Force Majeure
Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
Complaints
We take all complaints very seriously. If you experience any problem with our products, complaints must be made within [24] hours upon receiving the products.
Returns
Customers have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date they received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that customer received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify the customer on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available. We ask for patience with factors that may be beyond our control (e.g. traffic conditions etc.) as we cannot be held liable for any such delays.
Damaged Item During Shipment
Oregan Healthline (M) Sdn Bhd would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products has been delivered. The customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products has been delivered and signed for, Oregan Healthline (M) Sdn Bhd is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided. However customer may make their own claim with the respective courier company.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
